Our story

Sakina Studio was born from a personal journey.

My name is Joella, and when I first started Sakina, it was a few years ago as part of a school project.

I remember thinking I wanted to bring a sense of peace into people’s homes.

But as I worked on this project, something deeper became clear.

My real burden was no longer just about bringing peace into homes, but about helping women like me — women who were never really taught how to slow down or take care of themselves in a healthy way. Women for whom taking 10 minutes for themselves feels like a waste of time.

Women who are always running from one thing to another, trying to be productive, always showing up for others, to the point where they slowly lose themselves. They no longer really know what they like, what they think, or even how they feel.

I’ve learned that when your mind is constantly pulled in many directions, it becomes easy to lose yourself. You can still be productive, but not in a sustainable way. It is possible to live a life that is balanced, fulfilling, and not constantly exhausting.

And that kind of life is built in small intentional moments — moments where you pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

It can look like journaling, a simple morning or evening routine, taking a few minutes to reflect on your day, practicing gratitude, or simply sitting with yourself in silence.

Sakina Studio, through its products, is here to support you in this journey of realignment if you recognize yourself in this story. And to encourage you if you are learning how to maintain this kind of intentional lifestyle.

These moments are your way to release, reset, and recharge — so you can move forward with more clarity and peace.

So… are you ready to step into a more intentional way of living?

Let’s create it together! 🤍
